Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chitranya, a sister concern of ASP Arts, specializing in budget-friendly art prints. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Chitranya" refers to the brand offering art prints of original paintings from the ASP Arts gallery.

• "Customer" refers to the individual purchasing from Chitranya.

• "Art Prints" include posters, stickers, acrylic prints, canvas prints, wallpapers, T-shirts, mugs, bags, and other merchandise featuring printed artwork.

• "Seller" refers to Chitranya.

• "GST" refers to Goods and Services Tax applicable to sales within India.

• "Returnable Products" refer to items eligible for return under specific conditions.

• "Non-Returnable Products" include custom-made items, used items, and internationally shipped orders.

2. Sale and Purchase of Art prints

• All products sold by Chitranya are high-quality prints derived from the original ASP Arts gallery.

• Customers acknowledge that minor variations in color and texture may occur due to differences in display screens and printing processes.

• Prices include GST for sales within India. International customers may be subject to additional import duties and taxes.

• The purchase is considered complete once payment is successfully processed, and a confirmation email is sent.

• Orders once placed cannot be canceled as they are printed on demand.

3. Payment Terms

• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment gateways. 

• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers may be charged currency conversion fees by their banks.

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Chitranya ensures safe and secure packaging for all orders.

• Shipping timelines vary based on the delivery location:

  • India (Metro & Major Cities): 5-7 business days

  • Other Indian Locations: 7-10 business days

  • International: 10-20 business days (excluding customs delays)

• Chitranya is not responsible for customs clearance delays for international orders.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Chitranya will not be liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility for Return: Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, used products, and internationally shipped orders.

• Damage Reporting: Customers must notify Chitranya of any damage within 5 days of receipt by emailing admin@chitranya.com with photos of the damaged product.

• Return Process:

  • Upon approval, the customer must return the item within 7 business days (for orders within India) to the following address: T.C. 14/1705-2, Ushus, APRA 137-A, Kadakkal Lane, Kannanmoola, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method upon successful return verification.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once printing or customization has begun, cancellations are not possible.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Kerala, India.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Chitranya is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
