Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with Chitranya Art Prints. We take pride in offering high-quality art prints and customized products at budget-friendly prices. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or defective.
The item is incorrect (wrong product or incorrect customization).
There is a significant printing error or quality issue.
To qualify for a return or replacement, you must:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product along with the outer packaging.
Ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable items
Due to the customized and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor color variations due to screen display differences.
Customized items (personalized prints, name-printed products, or any customized artwork).
Sale or discounted items.
Stickers and wallpapers, once peeled or used.
T-shirts, mugs, and fabric-based products unless they have a manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
3. Process of Returns and Replacements
If your order meets the return or replacement criteria, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email [Your Email] or WhatsApp [Your Number] within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide Proof: Share images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Approval: Once reviewed, we will confirm whether the return or replacement is approved.
Return Shipping (if applicable): You may be required to ship the product back to us. The shipping cost will be refunded only if the return is due to our error.
Replacement or Refund: Based on the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a store credit (refunds in the original payment mode are only in exceptional cases).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Prior to offering a refund or replacing the item, once we have received the returned item, our firm will inspect the artwork to determine its condition.
In the event that more damage is discovered, the artwork will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Late/ Missing Funds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
7. Return Process
Upon approval, the customer must return the item within 7 business days (for orders within India) to the following address:
T.C. 14/1705-2, Ushus, APRA 137-A, Kadakkal Lane, Kannanmoola, Trivandrum 695011, Kerala, India.Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, along with non-refundable shipping costs.
For expensive artworks, we recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing insurance.
If the return is approved, a refund (minus return shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
8. Cancellation and Complaints
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once printing or customization has begun, cancellations are not possible.

9. International Orders
We currently do not accept returns for international orders.
Customers are responsible for import duties and customs charges, if applicable.
